We rarely do tequila, but this infusion makes for a great summer cocktail. For those who detest the bitterness of the extra grapefruit juice, orange juice also works well.
- 2 parts grapefruit and cinnamon infused tequila
- 2 parts grapefruit juice
- 1 part sparkling water
- a dash of lime juice
Infuse tequila with cinnamon sticks and 2 peeled graphefruit for 3-5 days. Stir ingredients together and serve with ice.
